Giving up food
Avoiding meals, especially breakfast, could slow your metabolism and cause you to overeat later. Besides, this makes burning belly fat extremely difficult.
Low fat food
Many food items labelled ‘low–fat’ or ‘diet’ are often loaded with sugars and other additives. These food items could be the main reason for your stubborn belly fat. So, it is better to nourish your body with nutrient-dense food.
Not enough protein
